When I started my role as Design Manager, the mood, materials, techniques, & color for the Harvest 2022 Season was already selected but not aligned with all stakeholders. Beginning this role, I sought for and found opportunities to pivot the season towards a direction more aligned with what Dave & Jenny wanted.
